Responsive HTML email
I have a strong understanding of modern responsive email design and build, including Dark Mode best practice, and email compliance (GDPR etc.). I have good experience with a variety of ESP platforms including Pardot, HubSpot, Dotdigital, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud / AMPscript, Comarch, Movable Ink, Blaze. I produce performant hand-coded HTML email templates from supplied artwork (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma). I have extensive experience in testing and debugging using Litmus/Email on Acid to produce accurate and consistent rendering across different email clients.
Web development
With a keen eye for detail, I aim to replicate designs faithfully across mobile and desktop browsers. Bug tracking & problem solving are second nature. I'm comfortable using a range of bundling and build tools (Gulp, Webpack) and am well versed in agile methodologies including Scrum. While I primarily work within in the LAMP stack, I am experienced with the AWS hosting infrastructure (EC2, Lightsail, Route53, Cloudfront). I am comfortable picking up other CMS platforms and in the past I have integrated templates for Umbraco, Drupal, Joomla, Sitefinity, SiteCore, Grouptree, SharePoint, Adobe CQ5 & Episerver.
